As the Emergency Management Director for the City of Salem and a former fire lieutenant, community and responder safety is constantly on Andrew Strong's mind. Salem's location presents the town with traffic challenges that are unique to its size.

The further ingrained he got in his role, the more that Strong realized his town required a new safety technology to protect local roads.
