The collaboration is designed to address two of the most pressing challenges in the connected mobility ecosystem: ensuring time-critical roadway event coverage at scale and providing direct authentication of real-time roadway information for next-generation automotive systems.

Together, HAAS Alert and Nexar will deliver an unmatched level of quality and coverage in road safety data by fusing Safety Cloud’s real-time hazard and incident alerts with Nexar’s wide-scale data collection, change detection and validation capabilities. The collaboration enables an ecosystem where roadway hazards are not only detected and delivered to drivers and roadway managers in seconds — but also confirmed and enhanced through visual verification.
